Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Welder to join our team. This position will involve welding, fabrication, and repair of equipment in a shop and field environment.
Responsibilities
- •Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding
- •Fabricate and repair metal components
- •Read blueprints and welding drawings
- •Maintain welding equipment and shop tools
- •Follow safety procedures
Qualifications
- •Welding experience required
- •Ability to read measurements and drawings
- •Strong attention to detail
- •Reliable transportation
- •Oilfield or heavy equipment experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- •Operate and monitor frac equipment during stimulation operations
- •Assist with rig up and rig down of frac equipment
- •Maintain safe and efficient operations on location
- •Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
- •Work as part of a team in high-performance frac operations
Requirements
- •CDL Required
- •Experience preferred but not required (training available for the right candidates)
- •Ability to work a 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule
- •Must be able to work long hours in outdoor conditions
- •Strong work ethic and safety mindset

We are seeking a reliable Shop Laborer to assist with daily operations in our mechanical shop. This role supports mechanics and technicians by helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- •Assist mechanics and welders with shop tasks
- •Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work areas
- •Load and unload materials and equipment
- •Help move parts, tools, and supplies throughout the shop
- •Operate basic shop tools and equipment
- •Assist with basic maintenance and repair tasks when needed
- •Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
Qualifications
- •Strong work ethic and reliability
- •Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- •Comfortable working in a shop or industrial environment
- •Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required
- •Valid driver’s license preferred
